Tras 12 Km llegaremos al Plan des Artiguetes , donde hay que aparcar el coche para continuar a pie. Esta es una ruta muy sencilla y apta para todas las edades, ya que consiste simplemente en un recorrido perimetral al lago. Recientemente se han recuperado parte de sus infraestructuras y es posible visitarlas haciendo una ruta de senderismo. Esta ruta permite conocer las duras condiciones de trabajo de los mineros durante la primera mitad del siglo XX. El punto de inicio del circuito es Plans des Banhs , al que se accede por una pista forestal que en invierno es intransitable debido a la nieve.
